Natalia Vershinina

Natalia Vershinina is Professor of Entrepreneurship at Audencia Business School in France, with previous appointments at De Montfort University and University of Birmingham. Her research examines intersections of entrepreneurship with ethnicity, gender, class, and family business contexts. Current projects investigate regulatory impacts on small firms, online communities for women entrepreneurs, and transitions to self-employment.

She chairs the ECSB Gender and Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group and serves on editorial boards for Journal of Business Research, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, and International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior Research. Dr. Vershinina has guest-edited special issues on entrepreneurship, migration and gender.
