Natalia Murashova is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Teacher Education and Languages, University of Southeast Norway (HiØ). Her PhD focuses on 'Ethical AI in Practice: Addressing Challenges of Ethical AI in Organizations through Co-creation and Learning,' funded by the Norwegian Research Council and led by SINTEF. She holds a BEd in Circumpolar Studies and Pedagogy (2017) from Nord University/NArFU and an MSc in Globalisation and Sustainable Development (2021) from NTNU.
Her research interests span AI ethics, responsible innovation, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. Current projects include ENACT (Ethical Risk Assessment of AI in Practice), collaborating with SINTEF, UiO, NTNU, and private sector partners like DNB and Posten. She also contributes to the AI Network and Research group for AI, Ethics and Philosophy (AEP).
Her recent work emphasizes process-oriented ethical risk assessment frameworks and co-creation methodologies in AI implementation. Publications focus on organizational challenges, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable futures in healthcare and technology.
