Professor Nasib DAR is a faculty member at IÉSEG School of Management, holding the rank of Professor with a postdoctoral research background. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Sarhad University of Sciences & IT (Pakistan) in 2021, focusing on Human Resource Management. His academic journey includes a Master's (2013) and Bachelor's (2010) in Management Sciences from Capital University of Science & IT and the University of Malakand, respectively.
His research interests revolve around Leadership, Overqualification in the workplace, and employee attitudes and behaviors. Key themes include the impact of leadership styles on innovation, psychological safety, and the role of religiosity in mitigating workplace deviance. His work often explores behavioral dynamics in diverse organizational settings, particularly in public and hospitality sectors.
Professor DAR has published extensively in reputable journals such as Management Decision, International Journal of Conflict Management, and Journal of Business Ethics. His recent work examines how leader knowledge sharing drives employee innovation, the effects of despotic leadership on innovative behavior, and the mediating role of psychological safety in workplace dynamics.
He has received the Indigenous Scholarship for PhD studies (2017) from Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission. His teaching includes courses on organizational management at the Executive MBA and Grande Ecole (Bachelor) levels.
