Naseem Khuri is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Negotiations at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College (2001). In addition to academia, he serves as a Senior Facilitator at Vantage Partners, a Principal at CMPartners, and a Senior Advisor at Dragonfly Partners. His professional roles span public/NGO sectors (working with governments, diplomats, and advocacy groups) and private sector consulting (Fortune 100 companies).
Khuri specializes in negotiation, influence, and conflict management training. He advises clients ranging from U.S. Navy SEALs and lawmakers to Fortune 100 procurement officers. His public-sector work involves strategic planning for civil liberties organizations and climate change advocacy groups. He also contributes to boards of the Negotiation Strategies Institute and Bridging Insights, and serves on Urban Rural Action's Leadership Board.
His teaching focuses on Processes of International Negotiation, which he has taught annually at Fletcher since 2017. Professional affiliations include the Truman National Security Project. He resides in Silver Spring, MD with his family.
