Naomi Alboim is a Distinguished Fellow at Queen’s University’s School of Policy Studies and Senior Policy Fellow at the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Migration and Integration (CERC) at Ryerson University. With over 25 years of senior government experience in Canadian federal and Ontario provincial roles—including eight years as Deputy Minister overseeing portfolios like immigration, human rights, and indigenous issues—she transitioned to academia and consulting.
