Nancy Watterson

Nancy Watterson is affiliated faculty in the Organizational Dynamics Programs at the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS), where she teaches ethnographic methods and advises capstone projects. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses at Penn for over 25 years as an adjunct lecturer.

Her research focuses on experiential training in Zhong Xin Dao/I Liq Chuan: The Martial Art of Awareness, critical thinking, social justice, and interdisciplinary curriculum design. She explores intersections of faith, justice, and civic learning through creative community partnerships.
