Nancy Stichter

Nancy Stichter is an Assistant Professor of Education at Hope International University's School of Education. She holds an M.S. in Education with an emphasis in Reading from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Redlands.

Her academic focus lies in Adolescent Literacy, and she teaches EDU 6512: Methods of Teaching in Secondary Schools (English). She has concurrent roles as an Instructor of Reading and Writing in the Content Areas at California State University, Long Beach (2008–present) and Reading Teacher at Benson Elementary School (2004–present). She previously served as an English Teacher at Los Alamitos High School (1994–2003).
