Nancy Mickles-Foster

Nancy Mickles-Foster is an Associate Professor, Dental Health Programs Coordinator, and Dental Hygiene Program Director at the University of Maine at Augusta (UMA). She teaches in dental hygiene and dental assisting programs, covering didactic, online, laboratory, and clinical courses. Her roles include active membership as a clinical board examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency and Assessment (CDCA), past roles as complaint officer and Treasurer/Secretary of the Maine Board of Dental Practice, and co-authorship of research articles in journals like Journal of Periodontology and Journal of Dental Hygiene.
