Nancy Lourié Markowitz

Dr. Nancy Lourié Markowitz is a Professor in the Department of Elementary Education at San José State University (SJSU), affiliated with the College of Education. She serves as Director of the Center for Reaching and Teaching the Whole Child, Coordinator of the TE Collaborative Internship Program, and Faculty-in-Residence at the SJSU Center for Faculty Development. Her work focuses on teacher preparation, social-emotional learning, and bridging university-district partnerships to enhance teacher development.
