Dr. Nancy Kucinski is a College Professor of Management and the Director of Online Business Programs at Abilene Christian University's College of Business Administration (COBA), holding a joint appointment with ACU Online. With a rich academic and administrative background, she leads the development and delivery of high-quality online programs tailored for Christian business professionals.
Her research interests span management, organizational behavior, leadership, and environmental sustainability, aligning with ACU’s Christian mission of stewardship. She is particularly passionate about excellence in online education, having refined her virtual teaching practices during the pandemic to better serve diverse learners.
Dr. Kucinski holds two PhDs: one in Organizations, Strategy, and International Studies from UT Dallas and another in Political Science from Texas Tech. She also earned a Bachelor of Political Science from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech.
As a leader in online program innovation, she aims to expand access to ACU’s business programs. She works closely with COBA leadership, including Dean Brad Crisp, to build robust, faith-integrated curricula. Her teaching includes courses such as Management and Organizational Behavior and Graduate Leadership.
Beyond her academic roles, Dr. Kucinski enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs, traveling—especially to Salzburg, Austria—and maintaining her private pilot’s license, which she earned in college. Her adventurous spirit fuels her vision for growing ACU’s online reach and impact.
