Nancy Kristiansen

Nancy Kristiansen is an Associate Professor at Saint Joseph’s College, serving as Director of Online Business Programs and Planning & Administration Coordinator for the Center for Sustainable Communities. She holds an MS from Suffolk University and an AS from Mount Wachusetts Community College. Her career spans over three decades in corporate training, quality improvement, and technical consulting for organizations like Harvard University and Cirtronics Corporation.

Her academic leadership includes co-creating the Leadership MBA program, serving as All-College Governance Effectiveness Committee Chair, and co-directing the Center for Sustainable Communities. She chairs Maine’s Pinetree Section of the American Society for Quality.

Research interests focus on leadership development, sustainability integration in education, and organizational learning strategies. Her professional certifications and consulting experience inform her instructional design and strategic initiatives aligned with the College’s mission.
