Nancy Gauvin serves as an Assistant Professor and Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS). She holds a joint appointment in the Department of Communication Science and Disorders. Her roles include directing the Communication and Health Equity Outcomes Research Initiative and leading the Health Equity Access Lab (HEAL), which focuses on eliminating barriers to healthcare access for marginalized groups.
