Nancy Erbe

Nancy Erbe serves as Presidential Outstanding Professor in the Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding program at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Her distinguished career includes four Fulbright awards—most notably the 2015 Distinguished Chair at Pontifical Catholic University Rio de Janeiro—and founding UC-Berkeley's Rotary Center for International Peace Studies. She maintains global academic affiliations with Pepperdine, Oslo, and Denver universities while serving as Fulbright reviewer in the U.S. and Egypt.

Her research pioneers conflict transformation through multicultural frameworks, addressing social inequalities, human trafficking, and organizational dynamics. Author of four seminal books including 'Negotiation Alchemy' (ranked among top 100 conflict resolution texts globally), she has edited five volumes on peacebuilding with student co-contributions. The UN translated her human trafficking scholarship, and Harvard Negotiation Law Journal published her governance mediation model.
