Nancy E. Mount

Nancy E. Mount is an Assistant Professor of Business at the Ledbetter College of Business, Shorter University. She joined as full-time faculty in Fall 2007 after serving as an adjunct instructor from 2000–2007.

• Education: Bachelor of Business Management (Shorter University), Master of Science in Management (Faulkner University), ABD in Ph.D. in Marketing (North Central University)

Her research focuses on consumer behavior and retailing. She teaches courses such as Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Advertising, Personal Selling, and Marketing Management.

Professional Experience: Prior to academia, she worked in marketing at the Institute for Professional Development, Sam’s Club, and operated her own bookkeeping business while raising six children.
