Nancy A. Kelly is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maine's School of Social Work, where she served as Field Coordinator from 1992 to 2020. During her tenure, she developed the Field Unit and training programs amid growing student enrollment and the implementation of a distance MSW program.
She teaches field seminar courses and a summer Bridge Course in human behavior and the social environment. Her research examines child welfare systems, mental health interventions, diversity in social services, and social work administration practices.
Ms. Kelly actively serves on community social service agency boards and holds an MSW from Rutgers University.
