Nai-Cheng Kuo is a full professor at Augusta University’s College of Education and Human Development, affiliated with the Department of Teaching and Leading. She serves as the Special Education Program Coordinator and Program Director of Kids University, a youth summer program expanding community partnerships in the CSRA area.

Her research focuses on promoting humanity in pedagogy through Soka (value-creating) education, teacher education, special education, and curriculum development. Recent work explores sustainable global society building, dyslexia diagnostics, qualitative analysis frameworks for Ikeda studies, and quadruple partnerships among families, schools, communities, and universities.
In 2024, her publications bridged sustainability, special education, and Ikeda’s philosophy, reflecting interdisciplinary trends in humanistic, inclusive, and community-driven approaches to education. She also contributes to policy through roles on the Fulbright National Searching Committee (2021–2024) and Georgia’s State Advisory Panel for Special Education.
