Nadia Fava

Nadia Fava (born 1968) is an Associate Professor of Urban Planning and Territorial Planning at the University of Girona. She leads the Research Group in Architecture and Territory, conducting research on urban planning theory/history. Her educational background includes a Graduate Degree in Architecture (University Institute of Architecture of Venice, 1995) and a PhD in Architecture (Polytechnic University of Catalonia, 2004).

Research Focus: Her work spans interdisciplinary studies in urban systems, including historical territorial analysis, tourism impacts, food retail economics, sustainable rural development frameworks, and maritime heritage conservation strategies.
