Nader Behdad

Nader Behdad is the McFarland-Bascom Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His expertise spans applied electromagnetics, with a focus on electrically small antennas, phased arrays, and microwave medical applications. He holds 23 U.S. patents and has advised 29 PhD students, 15 M.S. students, and 33 postdoctoral researchers. His work is supported by agencies like the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and NSF.
