Dr. Nader A. Nadershahi serves as Dean of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and Vice Provost for University of the Pacific’s San Francisco Campus, leveraging nearly 30 years of leadership in dental education, organized dentistry, and clinical practice to advance oral healthcare systems and academic innovation.
His research focuses on transformative dental education models, integrated curriculum design, oral health policy evolution, and collaborative care frameworks. He champions student-centered pedagogy that prioritizes patient care, ethical practice, and leadership development within healthcare ecosystems.
