Naama Friedmann is a Professor of Neuropsychology of Language at the School of Education, Tel Aviv University, and holds dual affiliation with the Sagol School of Neuroscience. She directs the Language and Brain Laboratory, the Lieselotte Adler Laboratory for Child Development Research, and the MiLa: The Cukier-Goldstein-Goren Center for Mind, Cognition, and Language while holding the Branco Weiss Chair in Child Development.

Her research integrates neurolinguistics and cognitive neuroscience to investigate syntactic impairments, cross-linguistic dyslexia manifestations, and critical periods for language acquisition.
