Key publications include Social Identity and Status in the Classical and Hellenistic Northern Peloponnese (2016) and Mortuary Variability and Social Diversity in Ancient Greece (2020). His work integrates archaeological data with anthropological and historical approaches to explore social dynamics in ancient societies.
Recent articles highlight studies of Macedonian mortuary practices, lamp typology in Halasarna (Kos), and the role of lamps in ritual contexts. His research often addresses how burial practices reflect gender, age, and social status in antiquity.
He has directed or participated in major projects such as the excavation and analysis of burial sites in Lindos and Marathon, emphasizing spatial and symbolic dimensions of death. His work bridges classical archaeology with interdisciplinary methodologies, contributing to broader debates on ancient Mediterranean cultures.
