NAILYA SAIFULINA SAIFULINA

Nailya Saifulina Saifulina is an Assistant Professor at the University of Seville, affiliated with the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences and the Business Organization and Marketing Department. She is part of the Interuniversity Research Center in Economics and Business for Society (ECOBAS) and the POSMARK research group (People, Sustainable Organizations and Marketing). Her work focuses on sustainable human resource management, pro-environmental employee behavior, and organizational sustainability strategies.

She holds a Doctorate from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2020), with a thesis titled Understanding the Drivers of Employees' Voluntary Pro-environmental Behavior at Work: an Analysis of Organizational and Individual Factors in the Banking Sector, supervised by Dr. Adolfo Carballo Penela.

Research Interests: Her research explores how organizational and individual factors influence employees' voluntary environmental actions. Key areas include green HRM practices, cultural impacts on environmental passion, and sustainable development strategies in developing economies. She emphasizes the role of employee commitment and organizational support in fostering pro-environmental behavior across sectors.

Publications: Her work spans topics like harmonious environmental passion, mediation analyses in emerging markets, and systematic reviews of green HRM outcomes. Recent studies highlight cultural femininity's role in pro-environmental behavior and the importance of affective commitment in developing countries.
