N. Subbiah

M.Sc. N. Subbiah is a Researcher at the Department of Packaging and Interconnection Technology at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg. He holds a Master's degree in Microsystems Engineering from the same university, focusing on optofluidic systems (e.g., EWOD-based iris designs). Since 2015, he has been conducting research on high-temperature electronics under the Faculty of Engineering. Prior to this, he worked in software development for mainframe applications at SynTel Inc. in India.

His research interests span optofluidic devices, microelectronic packaging, and advanced materials for high-temperature applications. He collaborates closely with the Gisela and Erwin Sick Chair of Microoptics and contributes to interdisciplinary projects at the university's Cleanroom and Electronics Service Centers.
