Dr. Myrtle Dorsey serves as Director and Professor of Practice for the Community College Leadership Development Program at Morgan State University. She holds a B.A. in Spanish, M.S. in Reading, and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Morgan State University and the University of Texas at Austin, respectively. Her career includes leadership roles across multiple states, including Chancellor of Baton Rouge Community College and St. Louis Community College District.
