Mustafa Utkur is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He holds a Ph.D. (2021) and M.Sc. (2017) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and a B.Sc. (2014) in Mechanical Engineering, all from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey.
His research focuses on advancing medical imaging technologies. During his graduate studies, he developed novel Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) techniques for functional imaging applications. Currently, his work at the Computational Research Laboratory emphasizes motion-robust diffusion-weighted MRI for brain and kidney applications.
He is affiliated with the Quantitative Intelligent Medical Imaging (QUIN) Research Group and contributes to interdisciplinary projects at Boston Children’s Hospital.
