Mustafa Guvench is a Full Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Southern Maine's College of Science, Technology, & Health. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University (1975), with prior academic roles at METU, Ankara and the University of Pittsburgh. He served as Department Chair at METU Gaziantep (1979-80) and USM (1998-99).
