Musa ERDOĞAN

Musa ERDOĞAN is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Engineering at Kafkas University's Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Atatürk University (2019), he has established an interdisciplinary research program bridging food chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and materials science. His academic journey includes progression from Teaching Staff (2013-2019) to Doctoral Teaching Member (2019-2022) and current Associate Professor position (2022-present), with additional leadership roles as Department Head (2024-present) and BAP Coordinator (2022-2024).

His research focuses on organic synthesis for dual applications in
