Muhammed Oğuzhan Mete

Muhammed Oğuzhan Mete is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Istanbul Technical University. His work bridges Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with advanced computational methods in land valuation and smart city development.
