Muhammad Tausif

Professor Muhammad Tausif serves as the Interim Head of School and Professor of Sustainable Textile Manufacturing at the School of Design, University of Leeds. With expertise in textile recycling, microplastic pollution, and sustainable manufacturing, he bridges industry collaboration and academic innovation.

• Education: PhD in Textile Technology from University of Leeds; BSc in Textile Engineering from National Textile University, Pakistan.
• Research Focus: Development of eco-friendly textile structures, mitigation of fibrous microplastic pollution, and textile-reinforced composites.
