Dr. Muhammad Sheikh is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Information and Communications Engineering at Tampere University of Technology. He holds a Doctoral degree in Engineering and Technology from the same institution (2014). His research focuses on wireless communication systems, with emphasis on millimeter-wave and sub-THz technologies, backscatter communication, network optimization, and 5G/6G infrastructure. He has published over 41 articles since 2019, with notable works on channel characterization, polarization adaptation, and OneRAN mobile infrastructure.
