Moya Ramon, Manuel

Moya Ramon, Manuel is a Professor in the Department of Sport Sciences at Miguel Hernández University of Elche, where he serves as Acting Department Director. He is a member of the Research Group on Physical Conditioning and Health, focusing on exercise physiology, sports training methodologies, and fitness in aging populations. His teaching spans bachelor's and master's programs including Periodization of Sports Training, Performance Assessment, and Physical Conditioning.

His research integrates sports science with health applications, particularly in aging and athletic performance optimization. Key interests include physiological assessment models, training periodization strategies, and health-focused interventions for older adults through physical activity.
