Mounir CHRIT

Mounir Chrit is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, UND Aerospace, University of North Dakota. His work focuses on integrating atmospheric science with advanced computational techniques.

Research Areas include Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations, data assimilation for weather prediction, aerosol modeling, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence applications in atmospheric sciences. He leads development of the AeroVis: Visibility Digital Twin system for BVLOS operations.
