Moritz Kleinaltenkamp

Moritz Kleinaltenkamp is a scholar of organisational theory and consultant affiliated with the Hertie School and Freie Universität Berlin. He holds a PhD from the Hertie School (Summa Cum Laude), MSc Technology Policy from University of Cambridge, MSc Economics from Peking University, and BSc Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin.

His research focuses on organisational development of emerging technologies (blockchain/AI), GovTech innovation ecosystems, and temporal dynamics in organisations. Practically, he led the Insights & Intelligence division at PUBLIC, a GovTech firm, and contributes to executive education programs.

Awarded scholarships from German Academic Scholarship Foundation, Academy of Management, and institutions including Yenching Academy and University of Turin. His work bridges academic research with public sector strategy and technology policy.
