Professor Morgan Holcomb is a Professor of Law and Vice Dean of Academics at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She specializes in taxation law, focusing on gender and taxation, state and local tax issues, and policy. Her teaching includes courses on Contracts, Taxation of Business Entities, and Tax Policy.
