Morgan Herrin is an Assistant Professor and Woodshop Coordinator in the Art Foundation program at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of the Arts. His professional experience includes carpentry and scenic art work on productions such as the HBO series John Adams and the feature film The New World. He holds an MFA in Sculpture from The Ohio State University and a BFA in Sculpture from VCUarts.
Awarded the 2005 Edith Fergus Gilmore Materials Award from The Ohio State University and the 2002 Faculty Distinguished Achievement Award from VCUarts, his expertise spans practical craftsmanship and academic leadership.
