Dr. Morgan Harvey is a Senior Lecturer in Data Science at the University of Sheffield's School of Information, Journalism and Communication. He holds a PhD from the University of Strathclyde (2011) and has held academic roles in the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. His research bridges systems-centric and user-centered Information Retrieval (IR), focusing on recommender systems, mobile search behavior, and health informatics.
