Morgan Fletcher

Morgan Fletcher is a part-time faculty member at Baylor University, serving as Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Denver and Chair of the Advisory Board for Juniper Formation. Her professional roles include teaching at Iliff School of Theology and leading the Progressive Congregations Network at the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado. She holds a Master of Divinity from Truett Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work from the Garland School of Social Work.

Her research and practice focus on community-based social work, emphasizing partnerships between non-profits, congregations, and grassroots movements. Her work integrates theological and social service perspectives to address community challenges.
