Moon-Heum Cho

Moon-Heum Cho serves as an Associate Professor and Program Director in the Department of Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation at Syracuse University. His academic career includes prior faculty positions at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea, and Kent State University in Ohio, where he taught instructional design, technology integration, and educational psychology.
