Montana Hunter is an Early Career Fellow in the Department of Psychology and Vision Sciences at the University of Leicester. Their research focuses on cognitive processes across the lifespan, including adolescent risk-taking behaviors and cognitive ageing. Before joining Leicester, they completed a PhD and post-doctoral work at the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Research Interests: Dr. Hunter investigates mechanisms underlying cognitive control, decision-making in adolescence, and cognitive decline in ageing populations. Their work employs longitudinal designs and neuroimaging techniques to understand neural correlates of these processes.
