Monique Head is a tenured Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Delaware. She is affiliated with the Center for Innovative Bridge Engineering (CIBrE), Center for Composite Materials (CCM), and Delaware Center for Transportation (DCT).
