Monique Danser

Monique Danser is an Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA). Her research focuses on periodontal therapies, nutritional supplementation (e.g., vitamin C and flavonoids), and the systemic health implications of periodontal disease. She holds editorial roles at Quality Practice: Nascholingstijdschrift voor Mondhygiënisten and Quality Practice. Nascholingstijdschrift voor tandartsen, and chairs the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). Her work bridges clinical practice and research, emphasizing evidence-based approaches to periodontal care.
