Monipel Babb is a Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at NC State University, focusing on agricultural education and food safety. Her work involves extending food safety practices in the food supply chain, particularly in low-moisture environments. She holds an Ed.D in Agriculture Education and Extension from NC State, alongside earlier degrees in Food Science and Technology, and Food Microbiology.
