Monika Rohrer

Monika Rohrer is a Lecturer and Head of the Institute for Management and Leadership at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences. She also serves as the Vice Rectorate for Continuing Education and Services, focusing on teaching, research, and practical applications in human resources and organizational development.
