Monica Kello

Dr. Monica Kello is Lecturer in War Studies (Cyber Security) at King's College London. She serves as Non-Resident Associate Fellow of The Hague Program on International Cyber Security and Founding Trustee of the European Cyber Conflict Research Initiative (ECCRI).

Research Focus: International cyber conflict dynamics, digital sovereignty debates, cyber crisis governance, and space-cyber interdependencies. Publications frequently address cyber operations in armed conflict and comparative policy frameworks.

Research projects include The Hague Threat Intelligence Exchange (Hague TIX) and analyses of cyber dimensions in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
