Dr. Monica Jansen is an Assistant Professor in Italian Literature at Utrecht University's Department of Languages, Literature and Communication. Her research focuses on modernism/postmodernism studies, cultural representations of precarity, migration, and youth, employing interdisciplinary/transnational approaches. She has led/co-authored major publications like The History of Futurism (2012) and Le culture del precariato (2015). Key roles include editorships of Incontri.
