Monica E. Williams holds a PhD in Sociology and a Certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies from Texas A&M University. She is an NIH Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the RAND Corporation and currently serves as Associate Director, Vendor Management & Strategy at Taysha Gene Therapies.
