Monica Barni is a Full Professor at the Department of Modern Literature and Culture, Sapienza University of Rome, specializing in Educational Linguistics and Multilingualism. She serves as the President of the Degree Course in Communication and Interpreting in Italian Sign Language (LIS and LIST) and directs the Ateneo Linguistic Center.
