Mokhtar Tabari

Mokhtar Tabari holds dual roles as an Assistant Professor of Economics at University Canada West and a Sessional Lecturer at the UBC Sauder School of Business. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship (2020–2021) at UBC Sauder following his PhD in Economics from the University of Calgary (2020). His research focuses on international economics, energy/environmental economics, and applied microeconomics with an emphasis on policy analysis and AI's economic impact.
