Dr. Mohsen Mosleh is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Howard University's College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA). He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. His research focuses on Nanofluids, Surface Engineering, and advanced manufacturing techniques. He leads major initiatives such as the Howard University I-RISE Program (funded by a $750K Department of Education grant), which provides research opportunities for underrepresented STEM students, and the I-LEAD Program, fostering leadership skills. Dr. Mosleh has mentored over 150 students, including 35 postgraduate/graduate students and 115 through I-RISE.
