Mohammad Nabil Shaaban

Mohammad Nabil Shaaban is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Alexandria University, Egypt. He holds additional roles as Deputy Manager of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit and Head of the Internal Auditing Committee. His work includes strategic planning, managerial oversight, and academic administration for the faculty.

He specializes in teaching courses such as Business Administration, Accounting, Public Relations, Human Resources Management, and International Hospitality Management. His research focuses on human resources management, organizational behavior, and marketing within the hospitality industry, with case studies in Egypt and Spain.

Dr. Shaaban emphasizes mentorship, student wellbeing, and fostering self-development. He has supervised numerous PhD and Master’s theses and actively contributes to the faculty’s accreditation processes and reporting.
